Yesterday, January 5, Nicole Richie was spotted with Paris Hilton at Nicky Hilton's house for a get together to mourn the loss of Casey Johnson, the heiress to the Johnson & Johnson fortune, who was found dead in Los Angeles on Monday morning.

Nicole wore an ivory drapey vest from her Winter Kate cloting line.
The vest was recently added to Singer22 and it's available for $160 which is a bit pricey for a simple vest if you ask me.
