After dealing with weather issues Nicole Richie kept her promise to her fans and arrived at Borders Books & Music, Columbus Circle, in New York City to launch her second novel, Priceless, on September 28.
The author was dressed in a Winter Kate "Ebony" silk velvet jacket and JET by John Eshaya antique wash skinny jeans.
She accessorized with a pair of Christian Louboutin Lipspikes boots, a hat and a Alexander McQueen skull scarf.
